We all love breakfast! Unfortunately a lot of people are in a rush in the morning and skip it, but as breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, I don’t have to tell you that you better can’t do that. That’s why I have a super simple breakfast recipe prepared for today. The best part is that if you’re really really in a rush, you can easily take it with you and eat it on the way or at work.
This breakfast will give you a good start of the day. It’s full of vitamin C, antioxidants and keeps you going for at least a few hours. Doesn’t this sound good for a quick breakfast?! You make this just before you go to bed and in the morning you can eat it straight away. Or you can add some yummy toppings to make it more delicious and to make it look pretty (and update your Instagram).
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup blackberries
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp palm sugar
-Put the almond milk, the blackberries and the dates in the blender and blend until its nice and smooth.
-Put the oats in a container(with lid) and poor the berry mixture over it. Mix it well and put it in the fridge overnight.
-The next morning you only have to give it a little stir and add toppings if you like.
